Rich and Talentless; Seeing the Worst of Hollywood in One Movie Series

The object of a Hollywood Studio, like any other business, is to make money. If something will sell, no matter what the story is, the movie will be made.  Often times the product suffers because of this. The “Twilight” book series was phenomenally popular, so the natural move was to transfer the story from one medium to another. It was inevitable that the silver screen debut of “Twilight” would happen. The unfortunate thing is, nothing about the production in any capacity, is even adequate. The directing, acting, and writing is atrocious, and bordering on offensively bad. Kristen Stewart who is cast as the lead character “Bella” is in my opinion the worst actress in Hollywood, and yet one of the most finicially successful right now. Robert Patinson and Taylor whatever his name is should no longer recieve work after this. This unfortunately will not be the case, and our eyes and ears will continue to suffer through the garbage spewed by them which is apparently called acting.

I think that you’re being kind of harsh on them. I’ve not really liked Taylor Lautner in anything where I liked him, but Robert Patinson and Kristen Stewary have done some really good jobs on a couple roles. They are definitely at their worst in Twilight though. This series just doesn’t have the same emotional level of connection as somethig like Harry Potter did. There was no passion in any of the movies… It capitalizes off of the pre-existing popularity of the books, the looks of the actors and actresses, and kind of special effects. I just can’t agree that the actors are “talentless” though.

I have seen Kristen Stewart in other things and in my opinion she has always been very bad. She really can not deliver a line.

Harsh and mean my ass. You should of ended your truth filled and valiant rant with a clip from “A Time to Kill” with Sam Jacksons line “Yes they should die, and I hope they burn in hell.” Just as a metaphor reflecting the fact that everyone involved in that movie sucked ass and deserves to die and burn in hell.

And by that movie I meant The Twilight films. “A Time to Kill” was awesome.
